At Tandoor Morni (a trademark of American Overseas), your satisfaction is important to us. We have established the following policy for returns in the United States.

90-Day Return Window

We accept returns for items within 90 days from the date your order is delivered. Any return requests initiated after this 15-day period will not be eligible for a refund.

Return Eligibility & Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Product Condition: The product must be new. This includes products that are unopened in their original packaging or have never been used. We cannot accept returns for used, installed, or altered products.
  • Reason for Return: We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, provided they meet the condition requirements above.

Exchanges

We do not accept or process exchanges at this time. If you wish to receive a different item, you must return your original product (following the policy above) and place a new order.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: To start a return, please contact our customer service team at info@tandoormorni.com or +1(727) 251 6924 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  2. Receive Instructions: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions for returning your item, including the address and details for the designated drop-off location.
  3. Prepare Your Return: Please pack the item securely in its original packaging. Ensure the RA number is clearly visible on the outside of the box.

Return Shipping Costs

The responsibility for return shipping costs depends on the reason for the return:

  • For Defective Products: If you are returning an item because it is damaged or non-functional upon arrival, Tandoor Morni will cover the full cost of return shipping. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
  • For Non-Defective Products (Buyer’s Remorse): If you are returning a product for any other reason (e.g., changed your mind, ordered the wrong item), you (the customer) are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Receiver’s Responsibility

 

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing an order. This includes:
    • Correct Delivery Address
    • Accurate Gas Type Selection (Natural Gas or Propane)
    • Choosing the Correct Product Size and Specifications
Space & Access Requirements

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery location is fully accessible and that the ordered product can fit through all entry points and into the intended installation area. Customers must verify all dimensions, clearances, and access pathways before placing the order.

Any additional costs, including charges resulting from failed or aborted delivery attempts due to access limitations or incorrect information, will be solely the responsibility of the customer at their own cost.

Refund Policy Due to Incorrect Information

If incorrect address details, wrong gas type selection, or incorrect product size is provided, no refunds will be issued for the product or any shipping-related payments.
In such cases, the customer will be required to place a new order for the correct or required product.

Refunds

  • Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.
  • Refund Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. All transactions and refunds will be processed in USD.
