Refund Policy
American Overseas Inc. pride ourselves on customer satisfaction. It has to be noted that all sales are final. Clay products do not carry any refund policy. It is the customer’s obligation to open the crate and check in the presence of the driver at the time of delivery. In case there is any damage to the product, a complete refund or replacement shall be provided at no additional cost.
Shipping Policy
Shipping Policies for American Overseas Inc. – Tandoor Morni Products
Thank you for choosing American Overseas Inc. for your purchase of Tandoor Morni products. To ensure a smooth and timely delivery, please review our shipping terms and conditions:
- Order Processing: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
- Shipping Method: We utilize local trucking services for all deliveries. This ensures that your order arrives safely and in a timely manner.
- Delivery Locations: Deliveries are made to dock-level facilities when available, or otherwise to the curbside. A tailgate service is included to facilitate offloading.
- Driver Responsibility: Please note that drivers do not carry equipment inside buildings. It is the responsibility of the customer to arrange for the movement of equipment beyond the curbside or dock.
- Inspection Time: Upon delivery, you have 30 minutes to inspect the equipment, particularly the clay components, for any visible damage. This inspection must be completed in the presence of the driver. Our insurance covers damage only if noted and signed off by the driver at the time of delivery. A fee of $75 per hour will apply for any waiting time beyond the initial 30 minutes.
- Delivery Notification: You will be notified via email or phone at least one day prior to delivery to ensure that you are prepared to receive your shipment.
- Space Requirements: It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery site is accessible and that all items will fit through the doors and into their intended location on your premises. Please verify all dimensions prior to delivery. Charges incurred from an aborted delivery due to access issues will be the responsibility of the customer.

Sales & Warranty Policy
American Overseas Inc. is committed to delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction through our Tandoor Morni products. Please review our sales and warranty policies carefully:
- Final Sales: Please be advised that all sales are final. We encourage our customers to review their orders carefully before making a purchase.
- Clay Pot Limitations:
- The clay pot of the tandoor is a traditional component and is not eligible for refunds, replacements, or warranties. The longevity of the clay pot depends significantly on its usage.
- It is common for clay ovens to develop cracks over time. Such cracks are normal and should not be considered defects, nor do they affect the functionality of the oven.
- Delivery Inspection:
- Upon delivery, customers must inspect the product in the presence of the delivery driver. If damage is observed, a full refund or replacement will be provided at no additional cost. The damage must be documented and signed off by the driver.
- Customers should take photos of any damage for their records. Once the delivery driver leaves and the bill of lading is signed, no further claims related to delivery damage will be accepted.
- Proper Usage:
- The tandoor should only be operated by trained personnel to avoid damage from misuse, such as damage from skewers.
- To enhance the durability of the clay pot, the curing process should be repeated every three months.
Gas Component Warranty:
- Gas parts, including the gas hose, are covered by a 90-day limited parts replacement warranty. If a defect in any gas part is found within 90 days of purchase, a replacement part will be provided free of charge. However, labor costs for part replacement will be borne by the customer.
- For safety and performance, all gas components require inspection and servicing by a certified gas technician every six months. Failure to maintain regular inspections can lead to gas leaks and accidents, for which American Overseas Inc. will not be liable.
- Installation Requirements: Only certified gas technicians should install the tandoor to the gas line. Installation by non-certified individuals will void any warranty claims. A gas leak test must be performed by the certified technician during installation to ensure safety and functionality.
- Use of Non-Brand Parts: The use of off-market parts in the tandoor oven voids all warranty claims. Only original parts should be used to ensure safety and proper operation. By adhering to these policies, we aim to ensure that you receive the best possible experience with your Tandoor Morni product. American Overseas Inc. prioritizes safety in the operation of our traditional Tandoor Ovens, which feature a vertical flame and a high-powered burner system. Adherence to the following safety guidelines is crucial:
- Qualified Operators Only: Tandoor Ovens should only be operated by trained chefs or tandooria. Unqualified handling can lead to injuries or improper use.
Certified Technician Services:
Repairs, connections, or disconnections of the Tandoor Oven to the gas line must only be performed by certified gas technicians. This ensures that all safety protocols and technical standards are met.Child Safety:
Children should not be allowed near the Tandoor Oven at any time. The high temperatures and open flame present significant danger.Impairment:
Operating the tandoor oven under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited. Impairment can severely compromise the operator’s ability to safely manage the oven.Ignition Protocol:
Always ignite the Tandoor Oven from the side window. Attempting to light the oven from the top is unsafe and can lead to injury.Heat Precautions:
The exterior surfaces of the Tandoor Oven, including the top and side walls, can become extremely hot during use. Always wear protective gloves when handling or near the oven to prevent burns.
